Review
I have recently purchased 3 of Ann Smith s DVD s Rise and Shine, Moving to Mozart, and her newest one. I absolutely LOVE them. She is elegant, graceful, and beautiful. The music is wonderful and I have it swirling in my mind throughout the day. I feel relaxed and yet also energized after doing an exercise session with her DVD s. I am so thankful for these wonderful exercise routines, and I hope that Ann will continue to spread her message of beautiful and graceful movement for many years to come. Gracefully moving, --Caroline --Caroline
Ann's approach is beneficial because it focuses on movement that can be done without equipment and at your own pace. Her use of music makes it especially pleasing for the participants. Ann s program brought another dimension to the fitness service we offer. --Leah S. - West Shore Medical Center --Leah S. - West Shore Medical Center
